A real estate sale is the transfer of title to property from one party (the seller) to another (the buyer). In most cases, a real estate agent will be involved in helping facilitate the sale. The process typically begins with an advertisement that lists the property for sale and provides information about it such as square footage or lot size. interested buyers may then contact the seller's agent who can arrange a time for them to visit and inspect the property. If everything looks good, both parties might sign a purchase agreement which sets forth all of the pertinent details regarding price, date/time of closing, etc... Once signed by both parties there should be copies made available for each respective lawyer or notary public if they are needed. Finally, once all documents have been finalized and everyone is prepared to go ahead with Closing Day aka "The Big Event", things get pretty hectic! First-time homebuyers often need help getting pre-approved for a loan so they don't feel overwhelmed on Closing Day; veterans sometimes hire professionals like staging companies just before Close who can make their house look nicer than ever; lastly but definitely not least - many couples choose celebratory champagne toast(s) at their new home as an outward sign of how happy they are!"
