A real estate sales is the process of selling or buying a property. The sale may be voluntary, such as when a homeowner decides to sell their home, or it may be involuntary, such as when someone is forced from their home due to foreclosure. In either case, the goal of the sales transaction is for both buyers and sellers to come away with an agreement that meets their needs in terms of price and quality.
1. A college degree in Real Estate or related field is required.
2. Experience in the industry is preferred, but not necessary.
3. Must be able to work independently and follow directions well-
4. Excellent communication and customer service skills are a must!
5. Be licensed or certified by the state where you would like to sell
