Receptionist Cum Admin Assistant Job description Duties and Responsibilities • Provide general administrative and clerical support, assisting other administrative staff in wide range of office duties, Receptionist, Secretaries, or other administrative assistants in performing their duties. • Answer telephone, e mail screen and direct calls, provide information to callers & take and relay messages. • Collecting and distributing couriers or parcels among employees and opening and sorting emails. • Cooperating with office staff to maintain proper interaction and a friendly environment within the office • Greet persons entering organization Ensure. • knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization • Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness • Prepare correspondence and documents Receive and sort mail and deliveries Schedule. • Appointments Maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically. • Organize conference and meeting room bookings Co-ordinate meetings and organize catering • Control inventory relevant to reception area Tidy and maintain the reception area. • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications Excellent MS Office knowledge.
