Job Description

Replying on the phone callers, emails, and the clients (walk-in & with appointments) and handle their general queries. Prepare and deliver correspondences and documents to engineers, as requested. Organize the meetings and events and made a proper arrangements. Draft, documenting, and deliver project proposals, service agreements, contracts, and work orders. Process, make, and follow up the payments with the clients, for all engineering projects, and follow up the VAT invoices and documents. Arranging and dealing with the staff Documents
