A restaurant manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of a food service establishment, which may include hiring and firing employees, scheduling shifts, ordering supplies, setting prices for menu items, maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the kitchen area and dining room areas.

What qualifications are required to become a Restaurant Manager?

1. Previous restaurant management experience is a must.
