Restaurant Supervisor Restaurant/ Coffee Shop Supervisors are needed for an International Brand Coffee Shop in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Salary Package is between 3000 - 3500 depending on experience (All Inclusive such as Accommodation and Transportation, etc..). The Role: As Shift Supervisor, you will work closely with the Assistant Manager to ensure all operations are in line with company procedures, supervise team members and ensure quality and hygiene standards are met. As well as the day-to-day responsibilities you will work closely with the Operations team and business management to ensure that targets are met and exceeded as well as ensuring guest satisfaction is always the main focus, whilst building good customer relations and ensuring company standards are delivered. Qualifications & Requirements: You will have/be: • Have at least 3 years' experience in a high-volume, fast-paced outlets • Experience of managing a high number of dedicated and energetic individuals. • A relevant hospitality qualification or relevant experience. • Excellent communications skills in English. • Strong, proven problem solving skills. • Computer knowledge.

Salary ranges will depend on your skills and experience. You can expect a starting salary of AED 2500, which could go up to a monthly wage of AED 3000.
