The role of a Sales Coordinator/Executive is to oversee the sales process for their company and manage relationships with customers. They are responsible for developing new accounts, maintaining current ones, and ensuring that all leads are followed up on. They also work with other departments within the company to ensure that sales goals are met.
1. Proven experience managing sales teams and overseeing budgets
2. Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills
3. Strong organizational abilities with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
4. Knowledge of web-based marketing tools such as Google AdWords or Facebook Ads
5. Experience working in a customer service environment
