Having experience in fire fighting company or manufacturing company. Have good knowledge in oracle and excel 1.Customer Service Coordinators contribute to customer satisfaction by ensuring the accuracy and timely processing of orders 2. The OPS & CS must liaise between other departments and the client to provide the service most suitable to the clients needs, cost and the time restraints. 3. Work closely with the sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop sales strategy accordingly. 4. Make sure that sales orders are delivered in a timely fashion and according to the expectations of customers 5. Settle upon delivery dates and times with other departments to make sure that the customer interaction with utmost of professionalism 6. Efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner.
