Sales Coordinator Job in Ajman

Eligibility Criteria • Should have ample knowledge in any FMCG Retail sector preferably from Alcohol/Beverage Industry. • Must have a minimum 5 years of prior experience in relevant areas. • Should have a minimum degree qualification. • Should possess excellent communication as well as sales skills. • Should be a computer savvy and expert in Excel and Power point. • Prefer those who have a valid UAE Driving license. Job Description • Drive the daily sales by coordinating with the retail outlets on routine basis and delegate the responsibilities to personnel. • Identify, project and explain sales traffic and profitability trends by brands, category and channel. • Monitor and ensure the availability of the stock in each and every outlet on daily basis. • Encourage and motivate the sales team by providing adequate training and support to achieve the targets. • Provide analytical sales support/information on systemic sales issues and market trends. Identify the gaps in execution, areas of opportunity etc. • Analyze the sales revenue against the target and identify the gaps and rectify with ample solutions. • Responsible to prepare MIS reports for the management that clearly explain the sales revenue targeted sales, operational effectiveness, trends and variances. • Produce sales reports and provide at least monthly updates on goal achievement to management.

Your salary will depend on your skills and experience. You can expect a minimum salary of AED 5000, but you could earn up to AED 8000 if you meet the company's requirements.
