What is a Sales Coordinator?

A Sales Coordinator is responsible for managing sales teams, developing and executing marketing plans, setting overall company goals and objectives, maintaining customer relationships and generating new business.

What qualifications are required to become a Sales Coordinator?

1. Previous experience in sales or customer service is a must.

2. Strong organizational skills are needed, as the coordinator will be responsible for managing multiple teams and tasks simultaneously.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential to lead successful team efforts; coordinators need to have an understanding of what customers want from their products/services and how best to deliver it through interactions with them both online and offline channels (phone, email, face-to-face meetings).

4.
