A Sales Coordinator is responsible for managing sales efforts within an organization. They help identify and target new customers, coordinate product demonstrations and presentations to potential buyers, create promotional materials, manage customer relationships ,and keep track of leads generated from marketing campaigns .
1) A Sales Coordinator manages sales efforts by helping identify and target new customers.
2) Coordinate product demonstrations and presentations to potential buyers in order to increase conversion rates.
3) Create promotional materials that highlight the features of a company's products or services in order to attract potential clients.
4) Manage customer relationships by maintaining contact information for current and past clients, responding quickly to inquiries/requests/complaints etc., provide support during negotiations etc., cultivate positive word-of-mouth amongst colleagues & friends about their business dealings with said company - if need be promote reviews on various review sites (eBay being one example). Lastly ensure all paperwork is up-to-date including signed contracts as per agreed timelines..etc... 5) Keep track of leads generated from marketing campaigns so appropriate follow ups can be made
