Preparing reports for opportunities handled by the team - Coordinating with suppliers for collecting price quotes and negotiations - Preparing proposals and quotations from collated data - Monthly billing reports preparation and coordinating with Accounts team - Coordinating with customers for the billing statements and supportive documents requested - Managing marketplace portal for Orders status and management - Verifying billing statements for matching the price commitments and preparing order statements - Coordinating with team internally and supporting on Business Development activities - Working with sales team for opportunity updates and maintaining status trackers Required Skillset: - Typing skill: minimum 40 WPM - Brief understanding of Microsoft 365, Cloud, and IT Systems - Good skill of Microsoft Word and Excel Candidate Expectations: - Should be able to multi-task - Ability to work independently or with a team - Detail-oriented in planning, documentation, and follow-ups - Taking ownership of the assigned tasks and bringing them to completion - Good communication and customer handling skills
