Responsibilities: • Monitoring & replying to sales emails & inquiries. • Learn details about our product and service offerings. • Address any questions or issues customers may have. • Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information • Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary • Ensure each transaction complies with legalities and any tax withholdings are complete • Produce all marketing materials including online marketing, social media posts, etc. to continuously build our brand • Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the rest of the team to ensure company goals are being met • Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested • Creating a weekly delivery schedule after coordinating with the principals • Following up on orders and making invoices • Support salesforce • Keeping track and replenishment of inventory items • Managing and creating new customer accounts • Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness • Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and needs. • Schedule & Coordinate meetings of potential clients with the manager. • Coordinate with suppliers for pricing, procurement, and deliveries. • Preparing Quotations & costing. • To retain existing customers and upsell services to achieve customer retention. • Assisting in achieving and exceeding company total monthly sales targets. Skills: • Excellent phone & email communication and interpersonal skills. • The ability to manage your time and plan your day effectively. • Good Command over the English Language is a must. • Demonstrated track record of performance and commitment. • Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection. • Good organizational skills. • Willing to be trained and acquire knowledge in less time.
