Specktron is a leading technology manufacturer of Large Format Displays and Digital Signage. We are looking for a highly motivated “Sales Coordinator” to join our team in Dubai office. Roles & Responsibilities • All associated sales coordination activities. • Assisting the sales team by communicating relevant information to partners. • Supporting partners/ customers by responding to all related queries. • Processing of relevant orders with accuracy and timeliness. • Monitoring stock availability and distribution. • Follow-up and supporting the team on all certificates, authorization letters and other documents. • Coordination of all office related admin tasks. • Liaising with after-sales team on creation and closure of service related concerns. • Any other related responsibilities delegated by the management.

A Sales Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of sales efforts within a company. They work with other departmental leaders to ensure that all aspects of selling are managed effectively and efficiently. A typical job duties include developing or managing sales strategies, organizing presentations, setting up meetings, preparing materials and conducting follow-ups after appointments have been made.
1. A college degree in business or a related field is required, as are strong communications and organization skills.
2. Previous experience working with sales teams is preferred, but not essential.
3. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and stay on top of deadlines is key;Sales coordinators often work long hours).
