The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for both colleagues and customers. In order to facilitate team activity, this candidate will keep schedules, provide feedback, documentation, and information. They will also collaborate closely with sales teams to improve performance. • Knowledge of electrical engineering. • Provide quotations and specialist support to key customers based on their needs, primarily in the technical section. • HVAC knowledge. • Analytical thinking abilities. • Timeline coordination with the sales department. • CRM expertise. • Providing compliance statements, submittals, and other documents
