• Creation of Reservations & Bookings both in manual and system, for new and existing clients. • Assisting walk in clients and existing clients, for new opportunities. • Following up with leasing expiration, making of Quotations, and LPOS • Making sure all individual agreements are done send to clients, and follow up for collection, to make sure the agreements are up to date. • Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when Sales Representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling . • Handling orders by phone & email and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers. • Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time. • Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently. • Coordination with clients for collection of required documentations • Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material. • Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information (lpo, and related documents) • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested with the Sales Team Member. • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness with the Sales Team Member • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems with the Sales Team Member . • Follow up with Sales Reservation Tracker, allocations of vehicle & re allocation • Coordination with Credit department for approvals of Reservations, and working closely for renewal of expiry of contracts. • Coordination with Operations& workshop department for vehicle releasing. • Maintaining of sales pipeline with New clients and sales opportunities. • Ensuring of the adequacy of sales related equipment or material for Vehicle and Drivers. • Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports ( PTC) • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events • Ensure adherence to laws and policies
