JUNIOR OPERATIONS ENGINEER * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Experience/internship in related is added advantage,Min 5 years of experience * Supervising technician’s day to day activities and reporting to senior engineer,Provides general, entry-level support to the engineering department,Plan and execute day to day works as per the schedule allocated with the technical team. *Manage and documentation of job execution reports., Identifies potential areas of product/Service improvement; recommends and assists with development of appropriate solutions. * Identifies and reports problems with specific services or products to senior engineers. *Assists senior engineers in the development of new methods to improve product/Service quality and efficiency. *Performs other related duties as assigned. SALES ENGINEER *Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized university Minimum two years’ experience in sales or business development in Qatar/ GCC Excellent communication skills *Knowledge in - Testing and commissioning with preventive and corrective maintenance of Diesel Generators, ATS and UPS.HV/LV Panels, Cables, Switchgears, Transformers, and Substation energizing would be advantage.Exposure to Automobile and renewable energy (Solar) would be an added advantage SERVICE ADVISOR .•Bachelor of Automobile /Mechanical Engineering .• (3 to 5) years overall experience with automobile dealership – Out of which a minimum 3 years in Service Dept. as a Service Advisor. The role is expected to receive customers, note down exactly the jobs required, provide estimate with job explanations, prepare job cards, follow up the jobs in the workshop, take approvals for additional repairs, inform any delays, deliver the vehicle and explain the invoice to customers. • Automotive dealer / distributor business processes, working knowledge of MS office, ERP skills, customer handling skills and good communication skills. • Behavioural Competencies : Customer service oriented, honest and responsible,and Team work. Knowledge in entire office administration of workshops. Able to prepare job cards, invoices, quotations, spare parts list & other routine jobs.
