We are looking for a Sales Manager (Oil and Gas Industry) who has an experience in to Valves product which are used in Oil and Gas Industry. He will conduct sales out in the field via face-to-face interactions with both potential and existing customers. He/ She will be responsible for offering the best possible customer experience as well as providing hands-on explanations of any new or updated products when necessary. Candidates work as ambassadors and are responsible for establishing and maintaining good relationships with customers based on their assigned territory. He must build trust and act as support for prospects, ensuring they lead to potential future sales. Responsibilities: • Travel within sales territory to meet prospects and customers • Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers daily • Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers • Understand customer needs and requirements • Maintain records of all sales leads and/or customer accounts • Close sales and achieve monthly targets • Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory. • Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly territory analyses. • Generate required daily, weekly and monthly reports as required. • Utilize all available resources to reach out to prospects and attempt to turn those prospects into customers. • Collaborate with the management team to improve marketing materials and expand the company’s marketing presence in UAE. • Attend industry trade shows to accumulate new leads and make productive contact with existing clients. • Communicate with accounting department on any updated client/vendor information. • Stay on top of industry trends to identify potential opportunities for company growth. • Attend sales meetings. • Other duties as assigned. Requirements: • Successful previous experience as a Sales Office /Sales Manager from Oil and Gas Industry, .consistently meeting or exceeding targets. • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization. • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. • Strong business sense and industry expertise. • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree or 10+ years’ experience in related field required. • Driving License. • Must be able to read and speak the English and Hindi language well enough to communicate, understand, and respond.
