Job Description

Secretary-cum-Commercial Assistant Job Description - Perform commercial duties including respond to emails/ messages and other correspondences. - Manage all inward and outward correspondences in order to ensure timely and accurate receipt and response of the same. - Coordination and communication with customers/ suppliers. - Prepare quotation/ work order and do other commercial transaction. - Filing of documents and its proper retrieval. - Make entries in the ERP system for all incoming material. - Issue of materials and making proper entries in the ERP system. - Handling of logistic work for all domestic dispatches and export/import shipments. - Provide various reports to the management whenever required. - Maintaining good interpersonal relationship and Liasoning work. Profile of the candidate - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. - Candidate should be young, energetic, graduate having minimum 2-3 years experience. - Candidate should be proficient in MS-Office including MS Word, Excel etc. - Candidate should have good typing speed.
