Job Description

Urgent Requirement of SECRETARY to work in Dubai, at Amber and Waseem Group of COMPANIES to perform the following responsibilities: *SHOULD BE PRESENTABLE *Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence *Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments *Typing, preparing and collating reports *Filing *Organizing and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes) *Managing databases *Prioritizing workloads *Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments Working Hours 8 AM to 6 PM Working Days: Sunday to Thursday ( 5 days a week) FRIDAY & SATURDAY OFF REQUIREMENTS : #Degree in any relevant field. # Computer skills with Microsoft Excel and Word. *Applicants must be Available in UAE for the Interview. #Mention the position applying for in Subject.
