What is a South Indian Cook?

A South Indian cook is someone who specializes in cooking the cuisine of south India. This includes dishes like curries, dosas, and samosas. They often use native spices and herbs to create unique flavors that are beloved by residents of southern regions across India.

What qualifications are required to become a South Indian Cook?

1. A South Indian Cook should have a good understanding of the cuisine and how to cook it properly.

2. They should be able to work quickly and accurately in a kitchen setting, multitasking as needed.

3. Must be skilled at handling pots, pans, ovens and other cooking equipment; must also know how to prepare spices correctly for each dish they are preparing.
