Job Description

Responsibilities- Ø Coordination with Clients, Main contractors & Subcontractors. Ø Self-handling of Individual Contracts. Ø Design / Site Coordination. Ø Creating proposals for designing. Ø Reviewing the subcontractor’s submittals in line with specifications. Ø Project Planning, Resource Planning & Work Allocation for a Project. Ø Project Co-ordination Activities. Ø Standards Review & preparation. Ø Technical Queries Preparation & Checking All Deliverables Ø Creating Steel Structural 3D models in Tekla Structures and Drafting. Ø Drawing Editing for General Arrangement Drawings Ø Checking for the members(i.e., level and profiles orientation against client drawings and raising technical queries to design office if it is any variation in the model) Ø Running Member’s for Prelim Model, Creating Prelim Report, Preparing buying Lists for members Ø Creation off connection by macro and user defined connection for members. Ø Checking and Modeling for hot rolled & cold rolled steel structures using Tekla structures as per Indian Standard, British Standards & Canadian Standards. Ø Drawing Editing for various members like Columns, Beams, Horizontal and Vertical Bracings Miscellaneous Members like Stair Ladder Handrails. Ø Drawing Editing for General Arrangement Drawings Ø Preparation of Bill of Materials for Procurement. Ø Preparing Material list for cutting. Ø Quality Checking. Ø Final Package Preparation.
