A store manager is responsible for the overall operation of a retail store. This includes ensuring that customers have an enjoyable shopping experience, overseeing employee management and logistics, and maintaining financial stability. A store manager typically has extensive knowledge in merchandising, marketing, inventory control, human resources management and other business disciplines.
