1. A Tig Welder must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

2. They must be able to read and understand welding blueprints and schematics.

3. Must be able to work safely in close quarters with metal objects using arc welders and MIG welder settings without health hazards, wearing appropriate safety gear including face shield, gloves, fire retardant clothing etcetera

4 They need good hand-eye coordination as well as the ability to focus on tasks for prolonged periods of time while working at a fast pace
