Looking for an enthusiastic Tele-Sales Representative to contribute to generating sales for the company. He/She will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. Key Automation looking for a lead generation agent that will be the liaison between our company and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior. You must be an excellent communicator, have people skills, and be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts. Responsibilities: Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives Contact commercial or potential existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales. Take and process orders in an accurate manner. Answer questions about products or the company Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information. Enter and update customer information in the database. Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales. Qualification : Previous experience in a generation leads and customer support role. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone. Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects. Proven experience as Telesales representative or other sales/customer service role. Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
