Job Description

1. JOB PURPOSE To help the organization in fulfilling the sales and distribution objectives by managing the portfolio of products by ensuring sales and distribution targets are achieved and other market related activities are implemented. Collection of account receivables and reconciliation of accounts 2. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/KNOWLEDGE • 10th Class or equivalent • English language – Read, write and speak- basic level • Additional language – advantage • Knowledge / Ability to use handheld applications used in sales and invoicing • 2-3 years prior experience in similar role in UAE, exceptions for internal candidates from merchandising • UAE Driving license-must 3. COMMUNICATION AND WORKING RELATIONSHIPS • Internal -Communication linkages to Sales management team, logistics, EDP, finance • External- In store communication with shelf boys, store managers • Reporting relationship to Unit Manager 4. KEY DIMENSIONS AND RELATED JOB RESULTS • Achievement of sales, distribution and collection targets • Journey plans adherence • Route plans development with Unit manager to ensure efficient coverage • MSL implementation • POSM implementation • Implementing brand specific primary / secondary visibility activities • New products listing and price revision in the assigned stores • Market information feedback – own / competitor activities • Own initiatives in developing the business for the assigned customers • Follow up and ensure collection of receivables in agreed timelines and follow cash deposit protocols • Propose and implement promotion / trade scheme activities with prior approvals in the assigned outlets • Ageing/ near expiry stocks – propose and implement effective stock rotation to minimize liquidation losses • Implement and provide feedback on all tactical activities undertaken in the outlets • Consistent monitoring and feedback on the financial discipline of the assigned customers • Identifying new outlets opening and adding them to the route plans 5. OPERATING ENVIRONMENT • Flexible working hours • Willingness to take on additional responsibilities on need basis • Ability to load/ unload stocks and be outdoors for extended period of time • Regular visits to the customer locations within the assigned territory as per journey plan

Your salary will depend on your skills and experience. You can expect a minimum salary of AED 3500, but you could earn up to AED 3900 if you meet the company's requirements.
