Synergy Systems Consultancy is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Web & Graphic Designer in their office located in UNITED ARAB EMIRATES. They are a DIRECT COMPANY with a team of 2-10 employees working to offer services that ensure the highest standards of quality and perfection.
A web & graphic designer designs and creates websites, logos, flyers, brochures and other print materials for businesses. They may also work on developing marketing campaigns or creating digital content. A web & graphic designer typically has a Bachelor's degree in design or related field and five years of experience working in the industry.
1. A degree in graphic design is generally required, although there are a few programs that do not require this and you can learn the basics of web & graphic design without one.
2. Experience working with graphics software such as Photoshop or Illustrator is helpful but not necessary - many online courses offer modules on these tools which can be completed before starting the program itself.
3. Strong attention to detail and an ability to think creatively are both important skills for any designer, regardless of their medium choice (web & graphic designs may involve more image manipulation than other types of design).
4. Familiarity with HTML/CSS coding would also be beneficial but isn't essential - some colleges will teach this alongside traditional Graphic Design coursework while others will have separate programmes entirely devoted to Web Development (which typically includes strong foundation knowledge in CSS etc.).
5. Finally, good communication and customer service skills are always invaluable when it comes to interacting with clients or customers through online channels such as email or social media – no matter what type of business you're involved in!
