Web and Graphic Designer with E-commerce background · Design engaging and effective category and marketing landing pages based on creative direction from Management. · Establish a scalable and reusable template(s) for our clients’ category and marketing landing pages. · Utilize insights from research and analytics to form new design solutions. · Develop web by writing well-designed and efficient codes to maintain, expand and scale ecommerce websites. · Create, manage and maintain websites and user interfaces. · Incorporate feedback with precision to ensure delivered files are matched closely to specification. · See through a project from conception to finished product. · Responsible for design of appearance and performance of pages on E-commerce websites, including UX and UI, functionalities, maintenance and housekeeping. · Update websites with the most current information. · Ensure consistent performance on all major devices/browsers, including fast load times and bug-free core functionality with a focus on mobile optimization and performance. · Construct design solutions with the e-commerce team with a focus on improving website usability. · Ensure performance consistency across key devices and browsers. · Integrate data from various back-end services, databases and digital analytics. · Gather and refine website requirements and specifications based on technical needs and industry practices. · Consistently report work’s progress and issues, and propose initiatives and solutions to improve digital analytics and marketing. · Maintenance of HTML/CSS/JavaScript for existing web sites. · Troubleshoot coding issues and bugs. · Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the trainee. Skills Magento skinning and module development (Expert) Object Oriented programming/MVC fundamentals PHP (Expert) MySQL (Expert) CSS, Style sheets JavaScript JQuery, AJAX XML and Apache knowledge Experience using development frameworks such as Zend, etc., Payment Gateway Integration HTML Word Press Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in web design Proficient in Photoshop and other graphics tools (Illustrator, Image Ready, etc.) Deep understanding of HTML, CSS, JQuery

Salary ranges will depend on your skills and experience. You can expect a starting salary of AED 5000, which could go up to a monthly wage of AED 7000.
