A Assistant Nurse is someone who assists a Registered Nurse in the care of patients. They may work in a variety of settings, including hospitals and clinics, long-term care facilities, or home health agencies. Assistants typically have an associate's degree in nursing from an accredited school, although some states also require licensing.
1. Must be a registered nurse with at least two years of experience in an acute care setting
2. Strong clinical skills and knowledge

4. Proven ability to work independently as well as cooperatively with other healthcare professionals
