Visa Walk is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Barista in their office located in OMAN. They are a STAFFING COMPANY with a team of 11-50 employees working to offer services that ensure the highest standards of quality and perfection.
A barista is a person who makes coffee and other beverages for customers in a café or restaurant. They may also work with baked goods, salads, and sandwiches. Baristas are usually skilled at making specialty drinks such as lattes, cappuccinos, espressos, black coffees etc.
Some of the qualifications that are typically required to become a barista include having excellent customer service skills, being able to work quickly and efficiently, and possessing knowledge about coffee brewing. Additionally, many baristas require proficiency in using espresso machines.
1. Ability to work with coffee and milk products
2. Strong knowledge of espresso-based drinks such as latte, cappuccino, mocha etc

Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; implementing changes; maintaining and improving the appearance of the store and coffee bar. Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading coffee, retail trade, and food service publications; maintaining personal networks. Enhances coffee shop reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
