Murad International is in search of talented and motivated individuals for the post of Blacksmith in their office located in SAUDI ARABIA. They are a HR CONSULTANCY with a team of 11-50 employees working to offer services that ensure the highest standards of quality and perfection.
A Blacksmith is someone who makes iron and steel weapons and tools. They use fire to heat metal until it becomes malleable, then they hammer away at it with a chisel or anvil to create the desired shape.
-A blacksmith must have a good understanding of metalworking and be able to use the forge, anvil, hammer, and other tools necessary for forging.
-Blacksmiths need strong hands and wrists because they are frequently required to wield heavy hammers.
-They also need excellent eye/hand coordination in order to design patterns into hot iron with their chisels or gouges.
-An ability to read measurements is essential as is a knowledge of how metals react when heated; this allows the smith to create pieces that maintain their structural integrity while being forged.
Finally, a good sense of humor helps keep things light during long bouts at the forge!
1. Be able to weld metal together using a forge or an oxyacetylene torch
