A Block Mason is someone who builds or repairs blocks.

What qualifications are required to become a Block Mason?

1. A minimum of 2 years experience in masonry is required, including at least 1 year as a bricklayer or blockmason.

2. Must be able to read and understand blueprints and specifications.

3. Must have good hand-eye coordination and strength for working with blocks and mortar.

4. Be skilled in using power tools, such as saws, chisels, drills, hammers etc., to cut bricks or stone accurately and quickly without damaging the material being worked on or oneself (e..g., wearing appropriate safety gear).

5. Have excellent problem solving skills; must be capable of reverse engineering complex designs utilizing basic principles
