Role: Business Set-Up Associate Duties & Responsibilities : Works closely with and supports the Business Setup advisor as well as independently to do the following: 1. Coordinate with various government and free zone authorities and support clients throughout their business setup process; 2. Facilitate and participate in meetings with key client stakeholders to develop an understanding of their business; 3. Ensure that people are aware of the product and services offered by the Firm which are available to assist them with starting up in business; 4. Implementing recommendations/solutions and ensuring the client receives the necessary assistance to carry their desired business in UAE; 5. Liaising with the client to keep them informed of progress and to make relevant decisions to ensure smooth process of application; 6. Support the customer in gathering the required documentation to support license application in a timely manner through the clear explanation of the application process and its key steps; 7. Representing company professionally in both client and team situations; 8. Undertake and complete on time all administration duties associated with the post includes but not limited to update internal CRM process; 9. Prepare and present monthly written reports to the Line Manager and, where appropriate, participate in meetings to discuss contract performance; 10. Ensure that accurate documentation is submitted in a timely manner; 11. Establish and maintain good relations with all public officials in jurisdictions where clients need to set up; 12. Work in partnership with colleagues as and when required; 13. As required, assist with the orientation and induction of new colleagues to transfer knowledge and best practice. Skills and Technical Competencies: · Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Business Setup Consultant or Company Formation Specialist including experience dealing with all Free zone and DED authorities in the UAE · Strong organizational skills · Ability to work independently and collaborate with others · Strong client service orientation · Ability to prioritize work · Proficiency in MS Office · Excellent verbal and written communication skills · Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment · Ability to work under pressure · Well-versed in the UAE Commercial Companies Law and procedures and practices · Display and maintain a good level of UAE business setup market knowledge with customers to be seen as ‘expert’ and a credible source of information and to demonstrate the quality of Company offer which is not only the business setup packages but also the quality of the process overall.
