They are responsible for making sure that projects are completed on time and within budget. Supervisors also monitor workers to make sure they're following safety protocols and aren't damaging or ruining any property while working.

What qualifications are required to become a Construction Supervisor?

1. A Construction Supervisor should have at least 5 years of experience in the construction industry.

2. They must be able to lead and manage a team of workers while ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required specifications.

3. The Construction Supervisor should have excellent communication skills so they can easily communicate with their team members and clients/owners about project status and changes.
