A customer service executive is a person who helps customers with their problems. They may be able to help them solve the problem, provide information, or just be there for support. A customer service executive usually has many years of experience in this field and knows how to handle difficult customers.
1. Must have excellent communication and organizational skills.
2. Strong customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
3. Ability to take direction well and be able to work as part of a team is key for this role.
4. Proven track record in resolving customer complaints effectively is desired; being proactive rather than reactive when dealing with customers is also important!
5. Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle difficult conversations are both essential traits for success in this field
