JOB DESCRIPTION FOR FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST / Office Manager Excellent Opportunity with SevenSkys. As a front desk receptionist /Office Manager you will be the face of the company. You must be able to juggle multiple tasks at once, while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Handle incoming calls, feedbacks and enquires from clients or customers, drafting tenancy contract, posting adds, drafting online MOU and Vat preparation. Assisting HR/Finance/Sales & Marketing team in general admin duties as assigned. Requirements: • At least 6 months of customer service experience. • Excellent communication skills • Good convincing power.
