A head chef is the highest ranking cooking position in a restaurant. A head chef's primary responsibility is to direct and oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, from recipe development and food selection to dish preparation and service. Head chefs typically have extensive culinary experience, are well-versed in gastronomy trends, and possess exceptional organizational skills. They also often lead their restaurants' kitchens staffs or divisions directly.
1. A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a head chef in a professional kitchen;
2. Knowledge and understanding of culinary techniques, recipes, and principles;
3. Excellent communication and organizational skills;
4. Demonstrated ability to lead team members in the execution of food service tasks;
