What is a Indian Cook?

A Indian cook is someone who specializes in cooking traditional Indian dishes. They may work in a restaurant, or own their own kitchen. They often have extensive knowledge of spices and ingredients, and are able to create complex meals using little more than basic equipment.

What qualifications are required to become a Indian Cook?

1. A person must have some knowledge of Indian cuisine and cooking methods.

2. Person must be able to work quickly and efficiently in a kitchen setting.

3. Must be familiar with basic knife skills, such as slicing vegetables, chopping meat etc...

4. Good attitude is essential - cooks often need to remain cheerful under pressure while preparing meals for others!
