Graduate from a culinary school or technical culinary • Able to supervise and direct work flow for kitchen staff • Have experience cooking designated Indian food recipes for clients (50 to 500) within a kitchen • Preferred experience of four (4) - eight (8)years in kitchen food production of Indian recipe cooking • Undergone food preparation and hygiene • Relevant experienced in GCC is a plus (Saudi Arabia) • Ability to communicate in English
