What is a Indoor Sales Executive?

A sales executive is responsible for managing a team of sales representatives and leads in order to increase revenue. They work with their company's marketing department to create targeted campaigns that will attract new customers, identify areas of improvement within their current customer base, and develop strategies to close more deals. Sales executives also work closely with product managers in order to ensure the right products are being offered at the right price points, monitor competitor activity so they can stay ahead of the curve, and keep abreast of industry trends so they can recommend updates or changes as needed.
