What is a Marketing Head?

A marketing head is responsible for the overall direction and execution of a company's marketing program. They are typically senior executives who have extensive experience in business or advertising, as well as strong organizational skills. A key goal of a marketing head is to ensure that all aspects of the company's communications strategy align with each other, so that they can achieve their desired outcome - whether it be generating leads, selling products/services, or increasing brand awareness. In order to do this effectively, they need ample resources (financial and manpower) along with clear goals and objectives set from top management.
