What is a Mason

A Mason is a male member of the fraternity known as Freemasonry. Masons are generally considered to be learned and respectable men, and many hold important positions in society.

What qualifications are required to become a Mason

1. A person must be of age and have been accepted by a Lodge.

2. Must believe in a Supreme Being or Creator.

3. Have completed the degrees of Entered Apprentice, Fellowcraft, and Master Mason according to Masonic ritual and law.

4 Most Masons also subscribe to Theology of Freemasonry which teaches that morality comes from God as well as man's natural laws (such as truthfulness).

5 There is no single requirement for membership in any lodge but most require an interest in Craftsmen's tools, history, principles etc
