What qualifications are required to become a Mechanical Supervisor?

1. A Mechanical Supervisor typically has a degree in mechanical engineering or another related field, along with several years of experience working as a mechanic or engineer.

2. The supervisor must be able to design and oversee the manufacturing process for machines that produce parts or products using mechanics and/or machine tools.

3. They also need excellent problem-solving skills, as they will often be called on to resolve complex equipment issues rapidly.

4. Strong leadership abilities are essential, since the supervisor is responsible for managing a team of engineers and technicians who may have different skill sets and expectations from them at any given time (e\.g., production goals vs quality control standards).
