A quality supervisor is responsible for ensuring that products and services meet the required standards. They may also be involved in training employees to adhere to these standards, as well as conducting audits or investigations of facilities or departments to ensure compliance.
1. Proven experience as a quality engineer or supervisor in an industrial, commercial, or medical setting
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Strong analytical abilities with the ability to effectively solve problems
4. Experience working within a matrix management system (such as Six Sigma) is desirable but not required
5. Demonstrated commitment to Quality Systems Standards such as ISO 9001:2008

3. Knowledge of quality control measures and procedures
