All successful applicants will receive full in-house training as well as RERA Certification which will enable you to work as a fully licensed and qualified Broker in Dubai. You will be provided with continual round the clock support from our existing staff and managers to ensure that you have all the tools and guidance at your disposal to fulfil your maximum potential. Your role as a Property Consultant is to actively source new business and to develop and maintain existing clients. The main function of your role is to be an active property consultant and you will be required to source properties, buyers, sellers, investors, tenants and developers to assess and to commit them to sales/leasing transactions. Everything we practice is in line with the rules and regulations of RERA, the governing body of real estate in Dubai. Duties and Responsibilities: • Actively promote the companies services • Lease and Sell secondary property, Primary/Off plan property sale • Maintain regular contact with Developers, landlords, investors, tenants and owners to find new opportunities and assess existing ones • Attend property viewings with prospective buyers and tenants • Keep up to date with UAE Real Estate market, property laws, competitors and marketing activities • Provide excellent customer service • Achieve sales targets set by the company Office Timing: • Office hours are 10am till 6pm. Requirements: • Excellent English and communication skills. • Ability to communicate in other languages will be an additional bonus. • Previous sales experience preferred but not essential. • Highly motivated and goal orientated. • A passion to succeed. • Negotiation skills. • Knowledge of Dubai. • Must be able to support yourself financially if relocating.
