A receptionist is someone who helps people when they come into a business. They may answer the phone, tell customers where to go, or help them with anything else that needs to be done.
1. The Receptionist must be a good people person and have excellent customer service skills.
2. They should have a telephone headset and be able to handle multiple calls at once with minimal disruption to the caller or reception area.
3. Their desk should be organized so that incoming phone calls can easily be found, as well as any paperwork or correspondence related to the office's operations.
4. They should possess strong organizational skills, being able to keep track of important deadlines and recall crucial information from previous conversations with customers seamlessly . 5 . Finally, they must stay calm under pressure – no matter how busy the office becomes
