What is a Store Incharge?

What qualifications are required to become a Store Incharge?

1. Must have previous experience in a retail environment, preferably as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager.

2. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult customers confidently.

3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

4.. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting - essential for leading an exciting, busy store!
