Job Description

• Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts. • Expertise in custom furniture, all installations, layout, colour, lighting, and materials selection. • Generate clear ideas and concepts. • Proficient use of InDesign, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and Able to develop and present design concepts. • Conceptual Design and Drawings experience. • Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, 3D & 2D, Illustrator or other design programs. • Produce sketches, roughs to visualize ideas. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest graphic design techniques. • Build new concepts and take work from concept to final execution within deadlines • Obtain approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval. • Prepares final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art. Maintains technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; participating in professional societies. • Work closely with the project manager, design coordinators, and production teams on conceptual designs, presentations, design development, and production • Meeting with clients and understanding their requirement. • Submission (with details) as per the inputs provided by Mall Management and collaborated with MEP Designers and finalize drawings on time Experience: • Prior experience in similar industry is desirable • 6-7 years’ experience in similar role • Graphic Design Skills, Layout Skills, Creative New Concept, Customer Focus, Creativity, Flexibility, Attention to Detail, Deadline-Oriented • Excellent time management and organization skills • Excellent coordination and communication skills • Ability to work well under pressure • Experience working with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator • Excellent mathematical ability and technical understanding • Extensive knowledge of materials and technical specifications related to interior design.
