3) Invoicing + SOA + Accounting activities
4) Interpreting financial information and providing recommendations to management
5) Producing cash flow reports related to AP/AR/Expenses.

7) L/C knowledge (Bonus)
8) General office management
9) Set up and maintain well-organized filing systems
10) Making appointments, managing calendars, and diaries when necessary
11) Handle all telephone calls and emails
12) Assist all employees with all related HR matters
13) Handle all confidential documents and information
14) Ordering and taking stock of office supplies
15) Provide support for all operations and other related duties as assigned
