Required for our company an enthusiastic & energetic Accounts Admin with an attitude to learn, ability to meet deadlines & possess the following experience and skills :
1. Strong accounting skills - experience in accounting entries viz journals, cash, purchase, bank entries, provisions, adjustment entries etc.
2. Advance MS Excel skills - Pivot table, advanced excel formulas to handle MIS reports.
3. Job Costing and other MIS Related to Production
4. Strong follow up and liaising skills.
5. Previous experience to Tally ERP 9, preferred.
6. Experience in making Quotation and Cold Calling to New customers.
7. Customer collections follow ups, Reconciliation of supplier/customer's accounts.
8. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
9. Experience of handling Attendance & Payroll.
10. Making GRN's, costings & purchase entries.
11. Minimum experience of 1-3 years in Accounts / Costing
